HIYA!
I’M TROY.
I help teams transform complex ideas into products, brands, and experiences people love to use.
GOOD DESIGN COMES FROM CURIOSITY, NOT CERTAINTY
I’m a product designer, creative leader, and champion of curiosity-driven design. I’ve had the joy of shaping everything from print and packaging to AI-powered experiences, mobile apps, and billion-dollar franchises like Halo 3, always with a focus on creating products, brands, and experiences that feel intuitive, joyful, and deeply human.
I’m most energized by helping teams navigate ambiguity and discover what’s possible. Whether it’s a product strategy workshop, a messy whiteboard session, or an AI prototyping sprint, I create space where people can think boldly, challenge assumptions, and transform complex ideas into meaningful experiences.
Outside of work, I’m a dad to three wildly creative kids who remind me daily to be playful and stay present. I’m also a lifelong cyclist — the bike is my moving meditation, my clarity machine, and sometimes my best problem-solving partner.
If you’re looking for creative leadership rooted in joy, collaboration, and curiosity, let’s connect. I’m always on the lookout for new teams to build, coach, and dream with.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE SANDBOX
From AI-powered experiences and mobile apps to brand systems and creative campaigns, these projects capture the moments where curiosity, collaboration, and craft came together. Each one tells a different story, but they all share the same goal: helping people create, connect, and solve problems in ways that feel intuitive and human.
CREATIVE COLLABORATION STARTS WITH PLAY
The Play, Creativity, and Problem Solving Workshop is a fast-paced, hands-on experience designed to help teams think differently, collaborate more openly, and unlock fresh ideas. It’s part improv game, part sketchbook, part creative chaos — with just enough structure to make the mess meaningful.
We explore how play fuels better ideas, how constraints spark innovation, and how doing weird things together builds trust. Every workshop is a little different, shaped by the people in the room. If your team needs a reset, a spark, or just permission to think like kids again, let’s talk.
